Sgurr nan Gillean

The outline of these three famous peaks is surely one of the most recognisable features of The Island.

The embroidery is 7.5 cm (3" square). It is worked on silk in Anchor Stranded Cotton using silk shading technique. I used one strand and a size 10 embroidery needle. French Knots have been added to the foreground to give texture.
